Position Description: Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a diligent Warehouse Housekeeping Associate to maintain their Clearwater-based facility. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role is crucial for the upkeep of cleaning equipment and general housekeeping duties within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proficient in using various types of motorized cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties: Operate and maintain the warehouse's sweeper and scrubber machines, including tank changes, cleaning, and general upkeep.
Support Functions: Conduct daily clean-up duties following department guidelines to ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
Technical and Administrative Tasks: Perform minimal maintenance on machinery, tools, and battery areas of machines to ensure optimal function and safety.
Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
Flexibility for Role-Specific Tasks: Handle other housekeeping-related tasks as needed and assist with various ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role preferred, especially with forklift and other motorized cleaning equipment.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Proficiency in using different types of tools and equipment is essential.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moving or lifting objects, bending, and standing for long periods.
Other Requirements: Must be able to work independently and unsupervised.
