We are looking for a part-time Lead Generator / Brand Ambassador with a go-getter attitude and winning smile to generate potential sales appointments with store members. This position has Full Time potential.

We have mostly flexible hours, although the best leads come in on weekends and evenings.

We offer a complimentary in-home consultation for new blinds, shades, and shutters.

Currently hiring for the following locations: We are hiring for multiple Costco Warehouses (Redmond to Lake Stevens

(Our Lead Generators alternate between Costco warehouses to keep leads flowing in fairly as the stores have different customer volumes.)

If you are outgoing and friendly this could be a perfect fit for you! This position is an in-store position and NOT an office call center position. You will be at a kiosk inside of a Costco warehouse store.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Initiate conversation, smile, and talk with members. You will create an excellent first impression, present our services, qualify members, and input their information into the system so that our office can follow up to schedule an appointment. This is not a high pressured sales role.

• Performance bonuses for leads that turn into appointments and an additional bonus per lead when a monthly goal is met.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• MUST have a clean-cut professional appearance.
• Reliable and active communication (smartphone)--no information can be written down, so must be fairly technologically savvy
• A reliable source of personal transportation (will need to bring table, standing mat, possibly chair, and some samples with you)
• Experience with lead generation is a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus
