Job Overview:
Seeking Different Trades For Property Preservation Services such as
-Debris Removal (Interior and Exterior),Janitorial Services,Winterization,Dewinterization,Evictions,Tree & Shrub Trimming,Lawn Maintenance Services,Window Boarding,Screening, or Replacement,Recurring Maintenance,Securing/RE-key, & Lockbox etc.
- Ability to operate equipment and used various tools
- Strong knowledge of how to store cleaning supplies and how to use it
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
-Will need a trailer/truck and also have all tools and supplies,all securing equipments lockboxes,doorknobs,window locks,slider locks),Lawn equipment, air compressor, hand tools and power tools, and cleaning solutions.
-Will need to provide a copy of a background check!
Pay is net 15 (Prices varies from on the low end to middle end) more jobs the more pay since it's net 15 can be additional income
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per month
