Job Description : Shine Social Brand is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Public Relations Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing and PR strategies to promote our brand, engage target audiences, and enhance our company’s presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute marketing and public relations campaigns to promote brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Create compelling press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media content to share company updates and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Manage and grow Shine Social Brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing feedback to management and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and public relations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
