Shippers is Hiring a Warehouse Lead M-F 6:30pm-3am Near Austell, GA
Under the direction of the Department Manager here are some of duties expected in this position:
- Supports team manager directives
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals in a positive/ respectful way
- Answers team members questions, helps solve problems and oversees team member work quality
- Follow up on housekeeping assignments
- Training new associates
SHIFT: 6:30 p.m. - 3 am Mon-Fri
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
- Current or Past job experience should align with the Job Description
- Shipping and/or Receiving experience necessary
- Forklift / EPJ certification a PLUS
- Good computer skills (Word, , Excel)
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal skills a must
Training
To further the development of the individual who is accepted into this position the company will be committed to provide development training comparable for the position.
