Pay & Bonus:

We are paying our drivers that qualify to delivery smiles for $18.00 per hour.

Drivers can also receive bonuses making the hourly pay $19.00 plus per hour.

What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a delivery vehicle, delivering 200 plus packages per day, making 150 plus stops per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve delivering hundreds of SMILES to customers every day to homes, apartments, and businesses in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more.

You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE AND CARGO VAN DRIVING EXPERIENCE ARE A PLUS!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to work/drive in all weather conditions
• Must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• Must pass a 4-panel drug test that does not include marijuana testing

Shifts: Weekdays and/or weekends. We delivery packages 7 days a week, 361 days a year.

Shift Hours of Operation: 9:30AM to 7:30PM

• As a Delivery Associate, you will operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records. Are you proficient with apps, reading maps, and using GPS?
• Have you delivered for another Delivery Service Company in the past? (e.g. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, UberEats, etc.). If so, please describe this experience in detail.

Experience:
