Job SummaryWorks closely with Operations and Production leadership to establish, create, implement, and enforce company initiatives/policies while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality for our internal and external customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Meets deadlines and goals, as established by department leadership.
- Enforces company policies. Provides feedback to leadership when inconsistencies are observed.
- Leads by example, approachable, follows through on promises and commitments.
- Monitors break schedules of the employees, and other time off the floor
- Delivers monthly performance reviews to agency temporary staff.
- Recognizes the impact of own decisions on company, customers, and team members. Speaks respectively of company and leaders.
- Provides support during physical inventories and works overtime as required.
- Works safely at all times.
- Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Collaborates with other employees and departments toward common goals and objectives
- High school diploma or GED, or other relevant experience
- 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Relevant QC/QA experience
- Ability to learn & perform all warehouse processes as needed.
- Strong technical skills. Experience with Microsoft, RF, Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English language, math, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong leadership skills and subject matter expert in the department
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch on a concrete floor
