What You Will Be Doing
- Manage multiple projects through all phases to support the implementation of customer solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
- Lead and direct the project team to remain on schedule and on budget.
- Identify and communicate cross-team, cross-project and cross-program dependencies and risks.
- Manage change requests and their impact on project schedules.
- Coach and mentor Project Managers, focusing on building project-related skillsets and preparing them to execute on larger and more complex projects.
- Build customer relationships through better understanding of organizational structure, industry, key stakeholders.
- Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and providing project management expertise.
- At least five years' project/program management experience, preferably in a customer-facing professional services environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to manage and effectively prioritize multiple large and/or complex projects or programs simultaneously.
- Able to define project scope, develop schedules, create project plans, manage resources, communicate status and manage projects from initiation to closure.
- Able to prioritize workload while working under time constraints and changing priorities.
- Able to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Able to lead internal and external project teams consisting of business professionals, IT staff, and customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management degree or certification
- Strong presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet and Salesforce
