Responsibilities:
CLEARLY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION/UPDATE/PROGRESS TO INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS AND LEADERSHIP (AS NEEDED).
MANAGING PROJECT(S) PROGRESS & ADAPT WORK AS NECESSARY/REQUIRED.
THE ABILITY TO MANAGE PROJECTS FROM A GIVEN STARTING POINT TO FINISH IS REQUIRED.
LEADING PROJECT PLANNING SESSIONS ACROSS MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS.
DESIGNING/ASSESSING ANY RISK MITIGATION/LEADING RESOLUTION OF NEW ISSUE(S) THAT MIGHT ARISE DURING PROJECT TIMELINE.
COORDINATE AND ENSURE ANY ISSUES ARE RESOLVED IN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER.
WORK WITH DEPARTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT TO DEFINE & PLAN TIMING EXPECTATIONS.
ONCE TIMING EXPECTATIONS ARE SET, MAINTAIN PROJECT SCHEDULE ACROSS MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES.
ENSURE PROJECTS MEET OR EXCEED DEADLINES.
COORDINATE & MAINTAIN COMMUNICATIONS W/ CUSTOMER AND ALL NECESSARY OPERATIONS (PLANT, SALES, QUALITY, ETC.). ABILITY TO ANALYZE DATA/INFORMATION, EVALUATE RESULTS TO DETERMINE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S).
MUST HAVE PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS/ABILITY.
ABILITY TO ANALYZE DATA/INFORMATION, EVALUATE RESULTS TO DETERMINE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S).
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, WITH ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE TASKS DYNAMICALLY
ABILITY TO JUGGLE MULTIPLE PROJECTS AT THE SAME TIME, WHILE MAINTAINING SHARP ATTENTION TO DETAIL(S).
- MUST HAVE PROFICIENT/SUPERIOR COMPUTER SKILLS.
MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS – BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN MANNER.
ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE, PRESENT, & INFLUENCE KEY STAKEHOLDERS AT INTERNAL LEVELS.
WILLING TO HELP WITH “HANDS ON” REQUESTS/ASSIGNMENTS.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT APPROX. 25%.
Required Qualifications:
- BS or BA Degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years minimum experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP License
- 2 years experience
