Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
- Implement strategies to increase store productivity and profitability
- Maintain proper inventory levels, oversee stock ordering, and buying processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to assistant managers and employees
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and execute sales management plans to drive growth in the market

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
