Essential Job Functions:

* Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Drive the duty drawback process

* Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV

* Generate ASNs for material receipt

* Item Set up Vendor set up in AREV / OI

* Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task

* Provides internal and external department support

* Maintain monthly purchase order files

Validate invoices

* Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary

* Performs related / additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

* 1 year of related work experience

The ability to work a full-time / part-time schedule

Skills and Abilities:

Strong product knowledge

* Good mathematical and analysis skills

* Demonstrated customer service orientation

Accurate and professional written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and planning skills

* Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MAS, Sage 100 computer systems

Education:

* Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education
