Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Med Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art medical spa. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, committed to providing an exceptional client experience while driving the business towards growth and success.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the med spa, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Staff Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Client Relations: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, handling client inquiries and complaints, and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Promote new products and services, manage social media presence, and coordinate special events and promotions.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and oversee financial performance. Analyze sales data, prepare financial reports, and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards. Maintain accurate records and ensure the spa is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of products and equipment.

**Requirements:**

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Certification in spa management or related disciplines is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a med spa, spa, or wellness center.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficient in financial management and sales strategies, and adept at problem-solving.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of spa services, skincare, and cosmetic procedures. Familiarity with industry trends and advancements.
• Customer-Focused: Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Innovative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, especially in financial management and compliance.
• Team Player: Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
