## Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals with various needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
## Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support clients with dementia care, developmental disabilities, and hospice care
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or childcare
- Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
- Ability to administer medication accurately
- Familiarity with meal preparation for special dietary needs
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
