**OVERVIEW**

The Sales Associate at Christopher & Banks is responsible to sell and provide exceptional customer service, possess strong product knowledge, support achievement of sales goals, promote a positive work environment and participate in day to day operations and projects as assigned by store management.

**Seasonal Full & Part-time Positions Available**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

* Regular attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

* No direct reports.

* Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Retail experience preferred.

* Experience in customer service industry preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

* Ability to operate point of sale (POS) register system with proficiency.
