SUPERVISOR: Sr Weekend Picker
DescriptionThe primary function of the weekend picker and packer is to ensure daily orders are picked and packed in an efficient and accurate manner.
Part-time Wh Associate Responsibilities
- Support Sr Weekend Picker and order fulfillment by picking and packing daily orders.
- Work with Sr Weekend Picker on daily priorities.
- Execute daily picking and packing needs.
- Support in pulling weekly Transfer Orders and weekly/seasonal photoshoot transfer orders.
- Support in packing weekly Transfer Orders and seasonal photoshoot transfer orders.
- Make sure packing standards are met and ensure items are getting packed with sufficient protection.
- Maintain organized picking areas and stock shelves.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferably in home decor or interiors.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer and ERP systems experience.
- Team player.
- Ability to lift and mobilize large items, up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
