ShoreCut Lawn Service is looking to add a Crew Leader to our team!

ShoreCut Lawn Service is a Veteran owned, family operated residential and commercial lawn service company located in Goose Creek, SC. We are looking for someone that is dedicated and reliable to join our team. Most work will be outside in a variety of weather conditions/seasons.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead a landscaping crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outdoor spaces, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. If you have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members.
• Supervise and direct a team of landscapers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify areas that require improvement or maintenance.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment professionally and safely.
• Perform assigned landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning trees and plants, and maintaining equipment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, and lawn care.
• Ability to maintain and repair equipment.
• Experience with garden maintenance and care.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Goose Creek, SC (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Goose Creek, SC: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
