Shoreline Christian School is seeking a part time Office Administrative Assistant and Substitute Coordinator for our K-!2 teachers. Someone with a mind for organization, excellent time management skills, and who is technologically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly. We are looking for someone with keen interpersonal skills, who can be flexible in a variety of unexpected student situations, and can use their discretion to think on their feet.
DESCRIPTION:
The Office Administrative Assistant provides direct support to Shoreline Christian’s Administrative Team. This position helps create and maintain professional, welcoming environments to our students, families, and visitors. Additionally, they act as a resource for our faculty and staff with a range of administrative duties.

PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Director of Community Relations.
Primary working relationships are with the office staff, head of school, academic directors and teachers to provide administrative support across all schools.
