We are currently looking for capable and reliable workers who have a genuine interest in caring for seniors and others in need of assistance.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Caregiver's license or certificate from the State of Virginia
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Access to a reliable transportation
- Smart Phone
- Negative PPD within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude, and great communication skills
- Ability to perform light housework, prepare meals, run errands, etc.
- Ability to pass Criminal Background & Drug Free Lifestyle\
- Ability to read, write and converse in English

License:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Caregiver's Certificate (Required)

Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Taking vitals, height, and weight
- Feeding clients
- Transporting client to appointments
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Caregiver Certification (Required)
