Job Requirements:

  • FL RN (Registered Nurse) license
  • At least 5 years of RN experience in an acute care(hospital) setting required
  • At least 3 years of RN CSU(open heart) experience requierd
  • Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications (American Heart Association)

About the Job:

  • The RN Clinical Coordinator – assists and supports the Nurse Director in the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of delivery of nursing care services within the Emergency unit to ensure quality nursing
  • Provides clinical leadership for patient care activities; prepares and facilitates staff schedule; directs professional and non-professional nursing personnel; participates in team member development and evaluation; implements and leads process improvement activities with the Emergency unit; represents Nurse Manager as appropriate; provides direct patient care and attends meetings, as required.
  • Exhibits ability to set priorities, adjust and implement change, work independently, perform effectively in crisis situations, and serve as a resource.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Maintains yearly age specific and job specific competencies.
  • Day Shift Available (5x8's varying days)
