We need to hire full-time BDC Sales Associates to work in our FAST-PACED Business Development Center to answer phone and internet requests for vehicle information, prices, availability, schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's team, and more.

Responsibilities - BDC Sales Appointment Setter

• Answer phone and internet requests for vehicle information, prices, availability, etc., schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team, and more.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - BDC Sales Appointment Setter

• Sales / Service / Business Development Center experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills and self-motivated to succeed
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment background check
