Sales Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Draft social media posts to promote products and services
• Review data on sales performance to identify trends in customer preferences

• Offer suggestions to improve marketing and sales activities
• Create and edit content for social media
• Draft monthly newsletters and blog posts
• Attend real estate networking events
• Assist in drafting and creating marketing materials

**Licensed Showing Assistant Job Description

The second part of the job will be supporting the company as a licensed showing assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Meet buyers at properties, allow access and facilitate the showing
• Download and review the MLS sheet prior to each appointment
• Collect buyer feedback and/or write an appointment summary
• Meet appraisers, inspectors, and other third parties at properties to allow access and stay for the duration of the appointment
• Complete additional real estate errands as needed (Pick up keys, record a virtual showing, etc)
• Take videos/photos of properties under the manager's direction

Requirements:

• Active real estate license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must hang license with our brokerage
• Must have reliable transportation
• Preferably an English/Spanish Speaker
• Ability to commute to the tri-county area

Ability to convert into a Full-Time position.

Responsibilities:

• Reliable transportation is essential
• Must be comfortable driving in South Florida’s tricounty area
• Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule:

• Part-time position (12-15 hours per week)
• Must be available after 4PM Weekdays and 11AM - 4PM Saturdays and Sundays
