Shōwa Hospitality is Hiring a Fine Dining Server Near New York, NY
We are currently seeking experienced fine dining servers with open availability.Servers with experience in Japanese restaurants is a plus but not required. This is a high end personalized experience where we guide the guest through a carefully crafted Yakitori experience.
Applicant should have:
- Work 10 hours shifts, with break included. MUST be avail Thurs, Fri, & Saturday Shifts every week as minimum
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining experience as a server
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure during seating tranistion
- Comfortable intereacting with the guests while serving and entertaining when needed
- Wine and sake knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to continuously learn to improve
- Bilingual (English and Japanese) is a plus
- Enjoy Chicken as a cuisine
