Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. The Busser plays a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables as needed
• Refill water glasses and provide bread or other table service items
• Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable, including sweeping floors and cleaning spills
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of service stations
• Assist with preparing and maintaining dining area readiness
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with kitchen and wait staff
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
