Hours: This is a PRN day shift position and will work 12 hour shifts.Responsibilities The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.
