Line Cook - Prince Resort
AM/PM Shifts Needed
Jobdescription - Theline cook is responsible for accurately preparing orders in a timely manner.Working with the head cook and other kitchen staff is essential to provideguests with the best service. Working in a fast-paced environment and keepingbusy with cleaning/ organizing tasks while slow, will be daily duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

• Follow all company safety andsecurity policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards

• Monitor the presentation andportioning standards
• Ensure that the food prep area andkitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
• Set up, restock, and clean foodpreparation areas

Prepare food in accordance withworking menus and recipe cards

• Measure and assemble ingredients formenu items
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Store food items at appropriatetemperatures
• Label all products of prepped itemsand rotate products to eliminate waste
• Take food to guests when needed

Requirements-

• Available to work a flexibleschedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous line/ grill cook experiencepreferred
• Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with attention to detail
• Teamwork, and Collaboration
