Responsibilities
*Prospect for new leads through networking, B to B engagement, door knocking, cold calling, and social media engagement.
*Meet with new and potential clients to asses their roofing needs
*Accurately and honestly set client expectations
*Assist clients in navigating insurance claims process
* Measure roofs, calculate square footage, trims, etc
*Estimate costs using a combination of insurance adjustments, spreadsheets, and online apps
*Negotiate profitable price points
*Up sell higher quality materials and related products

Requirements
* Valid Driver License
*Travel is required- we are focusing on a 90 mile radius so overnight stays will be minimal
*Clean background check
* Sales experience required
* Outgoing personality
* Self-motivated and detail orientated
*Basic computer skills
*Ability to climb on and inspect roofs
*Basic math and geometry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
