Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Shultz & James, Inc. located in Chesapeake, VA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve regular client visits, attending industry trade shows, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVACR industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
