As a Litigation Attorney you will engage in sophisticated and challenging litigation work for clients in Florida and nationwide. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of civil/commercial litigation experience. Construction defect and tort experience preferred. The position requires the ability to manage complex case assignments, strong communication, research and writing skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with clients on an ongoing basis.
