We are looking to add an experienced Probate Litigation Attorney to the team.

If you have experience in probate litigation, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. As our Probate Litigation Attorney, you will handle highly contested probate matters. You will also file and administer guardianship, probate, and trust matters.

This position requires a significant level of independence and responsibility. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience, can manage their own guardianship and probate caseload with little to no oversight, and has significant probate litigation experience.
