SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Pricing Retail Analyst will play a key role on the Global Commercial Services Team; a team charged with driving international revenue growth and global brand expansion. Responsible for reporting retail marketplace and competitive insights for current and target customers in the key markets, including but not limited to price shops, competitive testing, promotional/display tracking, and overall marketing insights for each customer. Partner with the local and international Product Marketing teams to help execute international marketing plans as it relates to pricing, promotions & new product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• International travel to retail stores in key markets with a key deliverable being a summarized, comprehensive report on all customers.
• Document planogram details (ex. size, length, retail, product grade, etc.) on Shurtape & competitive products, customer or market insights that could be instrumental in shaping international growth strategies with best-in-class product offerings at competitive retailers.
• Identify competitive testing needs and work with the R&D teams to execute.
• Assist with the International Pricing Strategy
• Work with the US and International Marketing Teams to execute key marketing plans & strategies.
• Provide the satellite marketing teams with current content by working with the US Marketing Teams to obtain (marketing decks, sell sheets, videos, new launch plans, marketing communications plans and consumer insights).
• Assist in developing content where gaps may be identified.
• Recommend key growth strategies based on findings.
• Market-led pricing and understand the analytics involved with recommending competitive retailers.
• Balance customer margins as well as deliver strong results to the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Business; MBA preferred
• 2-5 years of data analysis, retail sales analysis, and / or product marketing experience
• Detailed oriented with strong financial skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
• Familiar with analytical software with an aptitude for quick assimilation of data
• Experience with tools like Excel, SAP, Tableau, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Willing to travel internationally 20-30%

This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
