Position Summary:

Shuster Advisory Group, LLC is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. Shuster is an established firm looking for new talent that is eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative and proactively seeks additional responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support
  • Assist with scheduling 
  • Mail and email management 
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings including sign-on, monitoring, preparation and assembly
  • Manage business travel arrangements when needed
  • Professionally communicate with company clients and business partners
  • Assist with office machine and supply management
  • Ad hoc projects, including spreadsheeting and PowerPoint presentations 

Requirements/Experience

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required 

Other Requirements

  • Must have strong sense of customer service
  • Strong sense of accountability and follow-up
  • Self-motivated
  • Adaptable to change
