Position Summary:

The Relationship Manager serves as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and families as well as corporate clients within the Wealth Management division of Shuster Advisory Group. They build and maintain relationships with existing clients with a focus on client service, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication. 

Responsibilities include:

•  Maintaining client relationships through pro-active communication and ensuring timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries
• Assist in creating and ensuring accuracy in presentation materials, preparing for meetings, and following up with post-meeting deliverables
• Assisting in client onboarding
• Account opening and daily use of Schwab Advisor and Orion portals
• Adding and maintaining client data and documents within the firm’s CRM system and digital files
• Developing expertise in our firm’s technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment and ultimately assuming firm-wide training responsibilities for these platforms
• Identifying opportunities to improve the firm’s client service processes
• Building trusted, collaborative relationships with our custodian’s operations teams to properly and accurately execute deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions

We seek candidates who:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Are well organized, with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to support multiple advisors
• Are responsive and effective communicators, verbally and in writing
• Possess strong ethics, with the ability and dedication to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable client and firm information
• Enjoy collaborating and being a part of a team that puts clients first
• Have the emotional intelligence and self-awareness to develop an effective working relationship with a diverse team of colleagues and to successfully serve a diverse client base
• Are eager to learn about the industry and our firm, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Are tech savvy, with the proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software
• Are open to feedback and coaching
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
