Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the execution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) implementation and Data Modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of TBM and Data Modernization objectives within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Technology Business Transformation Office (ITBMO), to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT investments and promote transparency and accountability.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables related to data integration, system interfaces, analytics capabilities, and the establishment of a Strategic Planning Portal.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on the successful implementation of TBM and Data Modernization initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and performance in alignment with federal IT investment reporting requirements, including FITARA compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize TBM and Data Modernization processes and enhance organizational efficiency within the Business Mission Area (IBMA).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, particularly those related to data governance, security, and accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Security Clearance - A current U.S. Government security clearance is required and therefore must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT transformation projects within the federal government sector.
• Strong understanding of federal IT acquisition processes, regulations, and requirements, including FITARA.
