As a Process Operations Engineer, you will help to optimize process control for enhanced quality and process compliance, reducing variability
Responsibilities

• Collaboration engagement and build a support network
• Analyse technical equipment, quality/production data, operational data, etc.
• Support Sibelco production sites to promote operational excellence and provide technical best practices to ensure safe (HSE compliant), efficient, effective, innovative, scalable and sustainable operations.
• Lead research and develop new ideas or solutions that contribute to create plants and systems in a cost-effective and efficient way.
• Perform Overall Process Efficiency (OPE) observations.
• Define specifications and estimate process parameters to enable the most suitable Project Delivery Model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mineral Processing, Chemistry, or Geology or equivalent by experience, Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in all industrial environments.
• Trained on Lean & Six Sigma tools
• English – advanced verbal and written
