Position SummaryCoordinate and provide daily support the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required service level to optimize the machine availability in a 24/7 production environment. Instruct and follow up maintenance tasks to ensure all the activities are performed in a safe and efficient way according Sibelco’s policy, guidelines and values.

Position SummaryCoordinate and provide daily support the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required service level to optimize the machine availability in a 24/7 production environment. Instruct and follow up maintenance tasks to ensure all the activities are performed in a safe and efficient way according Sibelco’s policy, guidelines and values.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.
- Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activities
- Give pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or actively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events.
- Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelco’s operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelco’s continuous improvement culture.
- Maintain and/or improve and/or expand the technical installations to prevent failures and breakdowns and to optimize the availability and capacity of the installations
- Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions and implement
- Technical degree in mechanics or electrics or equivalent by experience
- Technical English – Read and comprehend
