Role- Kronos System Administrator

Location – Boston/ Burlington, MA(Onsite)

Duration :- 12 Month Contract

Should have experience with Hospital/ Healthcare Domain clients

Candidate should be from EST Time Zone

Job Description:

• Update Pay Rules as needed (zones for special Pay, OT, etc), Maintain holiday tables, Watch transaction assistant for interface errors,
• Monitor Devices and troubleshoots if one goes offline, Update Leave Rules, Attendance Events, or Accrual Policies as needed,
• Assist with schedule groups and schedule patterns, Assist with Hyperfind Queries, Dataviews, Organizational Sets & Employee groups, Manage Cross Reference tables,
• Add new Pay codes and Pay code access profiles as needed, Add new Work Rules and Work rule access profiles as needed, if security needs updated or a new role created, manages Function access profiles, Manage Attendance and Leave Documents that are held within system
• Participate in software requirements gathering and documentation, development, configuration testing, and validation **May assume data archive responsibilities from Analytics/Reporting resource
