Job Summary In this position you will work in partnership with internal subject matter experts and leadership as we launch a new integration of Employee Navigator software to modernize the benefits implementation process for our customers. Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data on-boarding for Employee Navigator enrollment system, both for new & existing integrations of highest complexity. Manage internal and external resources to successfully conduct data re-implementation and change projects of the highest complexity. Manage & perform triage for data inquires and issues and act as subject matter expert to internal resources and customers Work with proposal analysts, internal sales resources, brokers and customers to communicate current data integration capabilities both generally and for specific customer's ability development. Conducts process gap analyses and works with leadership and team to establish and execute on the data integration roadmap. Skills and background You'll Need Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, customer-facing project management or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Experience working in Employee Navigator software or understanding of employee benefits products and processes. Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, problem solve on find pathways to data solutions within multiple systems. Ability to work in ambiguity to find pathways to success. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work bridge the gap of communication between IT and business units. Why join The Standard? In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance. Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $123,250.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
