Here at Sid Dillon, we are looking to add an Automotive Sales Consultant to our team here in Lincoln, Nebraska. We sell and service Buick, Nissan, Hyundai and Genesis. Sid Dillon as a whole is a family owned and operated business that has been around for over 48 years, happily serving the Midwest with their automotive needs. Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers
- Keep up to date with incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
- Properly answer sales calls
- Learn, use and perfect CRM
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic to succeed both professional and personally.
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to provide exceptional customer service, customer follow up and ability to generate new business
- Comfortable with commission based compensation
- Outgoing and friendly personality while handling objections and negotiating price
- Professional appearance, oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a highly energized, fast paced, adaptive environment
- Flexible schedule with Saturdays required
- Bilingual is a plus
