What You'll Be Doing
- Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Researching technical accounting issues for compliance
- Supporting budget and forecasting activities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance
- Developing and maintaining internal control and effective accounting system
- Coordinating the annual audit process
- Overseeing tax and compliance activities
- Working closely with the CFO to support overall department goals and objectives
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller with a proven track record of success in financial management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
