Job Description:We are looking for an Agile Development Manager to oversee project-based software development initiatives. The is with a reputable financial services firm known for innovative solutions in wealth management. As an Agile Development Manager, you will lead a team in implementing Agile methodologies, managing sprints, and ensuring timely project delivery within a 10 to 15 hours per week commitment.
Key Responsibilities:Implement Agile practices in software development projects.
Lead and mentor development teams in Agile principles.
Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and quality standards.
Optimize team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as an Agile Development Manager.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a part-time, project-based capacity.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
