We are looking for an Agile Development Manager to oversee project-based software development initiatives. The is with a reputable financial services firm known for innovative solutions in wealth management. As an Agile Development Manager, you will lead a team in implementing Agile methodologies, managing sprints, and ensuring timely project delivery within a 10 to 15 hours per week commitment.

• Implement Agile practices in software development projects.

• Lead and mentor development teams in Agile principles.

• Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and quality standards.

• Optimize team performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience as an Agile Development Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a part-time, project-based capacity.

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
