IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a rapidly growing e-commerce platform. This is a part-time contract role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our internal users.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support : Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users on a variety of IT issues including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
