Job Summary OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Web Developer to join this team. The team is part of a retail company specializing in outdoor gear and apparel. As a Lead Web Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the team's e-commerce website. This is a part-time consulting role with a commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team's internal organization to gather requirements and develop solutions for the website
- Design, develop, and test website features and functionality
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise with the website
- Implement security measures to protect the website from potential threats
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
