Salesforce CRM SpecialistLocation: Remote (CST hours)

We are searching for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our team. This role is project-based and part-time, with an estimated commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
ResponsibilitiesCustomize Salesforce CRM: Configure and customize Salesforce CRM according to business needs.
Provide Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CRM users.
Develop Workflows: Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes.
Generate Reports: Create and analyze reports to track sales and marketing performance.
Train Users: Conduct training sessions for users to optimize Salesforce CRM utilization.
Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce CRM customization and configuration.
