IT services company seeks an IT professional to join our support team. Our team works directly with clients both on-site and remotely to provide the support necessary to keep their networks running efficiently. This position will act as 1st level, remote support.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and supporting existing customer systems including a variety of hardware, software, and site-specific applications used in both SMB and enterprise-level environments using remote support tools
Analyzing symptoms, while communicating effectively with clients who may have a broad range of technical abilities
Preparing new systems for deployment
Create/Deactivate user accounts, update permissions, reset passwords and update user information
Effectively communicate and track troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system so escalated tickets are easily transferred to next level support
Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times

Education/ Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Info Systems Technology or related field, preferred but not required
CompTIA A Certification, preferred but not required
PA driver’s license with good driving record, required
