The Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center (JCC) is seeking a full-time Executive Office Assistant who takes initiative, is proactive and helpful, and has a “can-do” attitude!
The Executive Office Assistant will perform confidential and routine administrative tasks to support the agency's administrative directors, which include corresponding via e-mail and phone calls; proactively anticipating daily activity requirements; and contributing to overall administrative support duties that lead to the success of going projects, along with projecting future needs. This position will also be responsible for all interactions with the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, prepare packets for Board meetings and create and maintain minutes.
Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Monday- Friday 40hrs/week
