We have an immediate opening for a business-driven Operations Executive to deliver outstanding returns by effectively leading operations and engineering teams. Oversee the day-to-day operations including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and service operations.

Working with Senior Management, reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will develop project plans, managing project scope ensuring goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and delivered to standard. Ability to anticipate problems, modify plans accordingly, mitigate risk, and maintain results.

This manager must be able to train, mentor, communicate well with other team members, production employees, senior leadership, and outside contractors and customers. They should be organized, able to consistently meet deadlines and budgetary requirements, and effectively lead cross-functional teams inside and outside of the meeting room.

· Develop project plans that include scope, resourcing, timing, and budget

· Lead large and small scale projects and project teams from initiation to final execution

· Assign individual team member tasks and maintain accountability

· Effectively develop countermeasures for missed milestones to return to the original timeline

· Fully engage with a diverse workforce and maintain a daily presence

· Report weekly on project status

· Foster an environment of coaching and mentoring to continuously develop employees and ensure long term operational stability

Qualifications and Experience Required

Must have experience working for a small, privately held, company in a leadership role

Must be knowledgable and have experience in Electronics Mechanical Systems Manufacturing (Multiple components)

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering environment in a leadership role

A take-charge professional with proven ability to build high-performing teams through productivity and collaboration

Operation Manager should have experience sound judgment and decision-making skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or comparable field required. Advanced degree a PLUS but not required

Significant finance experience, especially P&L responsibility, is a PLUS
