Level 3 Fabricators earn $23.48 hourly plus $0.55 for eligible shifts!**12-hour shifts rotate 3 on, 4 off / 4 on, 3 off two-week schedules.

What are the required knowledge, skills & experience?

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience/knowledge in CNC Punches and Brake Press, including changing of turret dies per set up sheet to complete specific orders.

• Brake press set up to form steel, aluminum, and copper per blueprint specs.

• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math, digital literacy, and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools

• Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language

• Work standing for the duration of the shift

• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.

• Stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb

• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Shop Math Skills

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Punch Press
• Press Brake
• Turret Press
