Siemens Digital Industries is an innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalization. Joining our Digital Enterprise Services team means you will have the opportunity to impact the complete value chain from classic product related services (support services, learning services, field service, maintenance, and upgrades) to innovative data-based services (cyber security, analytical services, and cloud technology) which let customers leverage opportunities in the digitalization era.

The overall goal of Digital Enterprise Services is to support customers in increasing plant availability, production quality, and enhance productivity.

We are looking for Service and Product Support. This position can be based in either Lebanon, OH, or Alpharetta, GA.

You’ll make an impact by :

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from internal customers and ensure that they are fully satisfied.
  • Provide quality customer service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to booking and billing of customer contracts / agreements, field service requests, training, order entry, and issue resolution.
  • Identify customer challenges and engage appropriate resources for resolution.
  • Work to resolve customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in workshops and projects.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

  • 5 years of professional work experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to customer.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and drives improvements.
  • Organized, creative, able to bring new and outstanding ideas.
  • Growth Mindset.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of SAP, salesforce, and CRM systems.

The pay range for this position is $33,810 - $57,960. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
