Yourrole :

• You collaboratewith external training providers, software vendors, and technology consultantsto enhance the effectiveness of our Service training programs.
• You collaboratewith external training providers, software vendors, and technology consultantsto enhance the effectiveness of our Service training programs.
• You evaluate,recommend, and implement technology solutions, such as Learning ManagementSystems (LMS), micro learning, DAP application, and simulation tools, toimprove training efficiency and effectiveness.
• You defineand implement training specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsto assess the impact of training programs on the Service team performance andtechnology adoption.
• You willsupport the CS organizations change management efforts by designing trainingstrategies that facilitate technology adoption and adaptation to new tools andsystems
• You ensurethat the CS training programs comply with industry regulations, securityrequirements, and best practices in IT governance.
• You willpromote and facilitate a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, andinnovation within the training department
• You generate reports andprovide insights to CS leadership on the effectiveness of training initiatives,leveraging data-driven decision-making to refine strategies.
• You releaseall necessary training requirements to the CS Service Organization, and reporton compliance for the Service training requirements to management.

Yourexpertise :

• Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimumof 5-8 years’ experience; including experience in a Medical Technology industry
• Experiencein rolling out large, scaled projects to a diverse organization.
• Good PCskills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You havevery good presentation skills and the capability to present to C suiteexecutives.
• Previousexperience / knowledge in building DAP platforms preferred
