Sierra Construction is looking for a payroll professional to join our team. This position is dedicated to the in-house weekly processing of a multi-state (Washington and Oregon) payroll in Sage 300 CRE and responding to payroll related employee inquiries. The successful candidate will be adaptive, organized, detail oriented and employee focused. In order to be successful you must have a strong understanding of wage and hour laws for Washington and Oregon, the ability to manage competing priorities, and have regular attendance.

Sierra offers a total compensation package that includes a base salary with a benefits package that offers health insurance (Medical and Dental), paid time off (Vacation, Sick and Holiday), retirement benefits (Employer Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan with discretionary match), Long Term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance and an EAP. Other available benefits include Voluntary Term Life Insurance, Health Spending Account, Healthcare Pre-Tax Spending Plan, and Pre-Paid Legal Services. The full pay range for this position is $25-$36 per hour. We are committed to do our best to supply a suitable pay range for this job. We will work hard to assess the proper fit for you within Sierra’s company structure after assessing your experience, training, and qualifications.
